Our mission

 

Our mission is to empower medical technology innovators by supplying robust evidence that supports the adoption of their technology in clinical environments and speeding up its market introduction.

We combined our expertise in Human-Centred Design, Human Factors and Usability, Healthcare Management, Market Access, Implementation and Spread of Innovation, and Process Pathway Analysis to support the health system, from tech developers and healthcare providers to academia and investors, throughout the health tech innovation journey. 

Who we are

We are a team of Healthcare Consultants and researchers passionate about healthcare innovation. After years of working in the health tech and med-tech sectors, we found a growing discrepancy between health tech solutions and real-world needs.  The exponential development of health tech technologies does not always meet the needs, requirements and expectations of the healthcare sector, whilst healthcare providers are facing challenges that could be solved by innovations. 

Bespoke support to your technology

Idea Generation and Strategy

We support our clients in navigating the complex global health tech market by helping them to identify emerging innovations and tailor their strategic approach to meet their objectives.

Development and testing

We provide Human Factors & Usability Engineering activities for new product development and drive usability improvements for medical devices, collaborating with a diverse team of clinicians and healthcare professionals. 

Implementation and evaluation

We support the uptake and spread of Health Tech solutions through bespoke training and workshops as well as with the design of ongoing monitoring and evaluation activities, process analysis and development of local practice guidelines. 

Funding attraction

We support our clients to secure funding and attract investors by helping them with horizon scanning of suitable funding and investment opportunities and by supporting them in building partnerships with business and academia, including support in developing grant applications, business cases, business and project plans.

Training and capacity building

We help our clients and their organisations with bespoke training covering different aspects involved in the development, implementation and evaluation of health tech solutions.

We have experience in working with different stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem and an extensive network of collaborators including healthcare providers, healthcare professionals, public and patient representatives, and industry and academic partners.
